How much does a renovation cost?

It depends on each project: the size, the materials you choose, the condition of the property and whether the plumbing or electrics need changing. That's why we prefer to understand your project before giving a price. Tell us what you'd like to do and we'll prepare a no-obligation quote. If we think something isn't worth it, we'll tell you.

Do you also take care of plumbing, electrics or air conditioning?

Yes. Our own team does all the building and painting work: masonry, tiling, plasterboard, painting and finishes. For electrics, plumbing, air conditioning, architecture and interior design we work with trusted professional firms, and we coordinate with them on every job. You deal with just one person, Moisés, and don't have to find or coordinate each tradesperson.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. As well as partial and full renovations, we take on small jobs: replacing some windows, tiling a wall, putting up a plasterboard partition, plastering or handyman repairs. That way you don't need a different tradesperson for each thing.

Can you remove gotelé (textured wall finish)?

Yes. There are three levels of wall smoothing, depending on the finish you want, and we explain the difference when we give you a quote. For the most thorough finish, we first sand the gotelé down with a sander connected to a vacuum, so the house doesn't fill with dust, until the bumps are flat. Then we apply smoothing compound with fibreglass mesh, which gets rid of lumps, cracks and imperfections, and sand again with a finer grit. Finally we apply a thin finishing coat and give it one last sanding under indirect light so that not a single flaw is left. The wall ends up perfectly smooth and flat, as if it were plasterboard, ready for painting or a decorative finish.

Do you work with polished plaster, microcement or epoxy paint?

Yes. As well as interior and exterior painting, we apply decorative finishes: polished plaster, microcement, micrometal, epoxy paint for large surfaces, waterproofing paints, and lacquering and varnishing of doors and furniture. On this page you can see two micrometal walls by our team, one pink and one green.
